Abhinav Bhatia & Associates is a full service law firm (“Law Firm”), founded in the year 2017 with offices in New Delhi and Amritsar.
Objective of the law firm is to provide excellent and practical timely solutions to its clients and with its efforts to be recognized as a full-service law firm in India as well as outside India.
Under the great leadership, the firm aspires to build long term relationship with its clients, through teamwork guided by integrity and principles of honesty, accountability and consistency. The firm understands the client perspective- the need for responsive legal advice, expertise, creativity and value.
Our Background
Initially established as a small law firm and in a very short time- period, has established an excellent reputation for its integrity and values based proactive, pragmatic and innovative legal advice and ability to help clients to effectively traverse the complicated legal and regulatory regime in India.
Law firm was originally established as a sole proprietorship by Mr. Abhinav Bhatia, later on, within a span of one year, he was associated with some professionals i.e. Senior Counsels specialized in different fields of law, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Cost Accountants.
Comprise 7 professionals including Advocates, Company Secretaries and management consultants, having experience in different fields, corporate & commercial, civil, criminal and intellectual property rights, arbitration etc.
